From receipt to record

Photograph a receipt or upload the PDF of an invoice. Domofolio reads the seller, date, amount and products, and offers to add them to your inventory. You check and confirm: nothing gets in on its own.

Deadlines that remember themselves

Filter cleaning, heat pump check, end of warranty: everything has a date and a reminder on your phone. Recurring maintenance comes back on its own after the interval.

A record for every appliance

Brand, model, serial number, room, price. The two-year legal warranty is calculated from the purchase date; extensions and contracts you add yourself. Below, the history of repairs and what they cost.

Questions

Do I have to enter everything by hand?

No. Photograph the receipt or upload the PDF and the app suggests the seller, date, amount and products. You can always correct them by hand.

Does it work without a subscription?

Yes. The free plan includes one home and ten documents, with deadlines, reminders and export.

Can I take my data with me?

Yes, as a PDF or as an archive with the original files. And delete everything from the app.
